EMMA SARAH DAVIS

Hi I'm Emma :)

Most of my friends call me Em and since you're on my website now I feel like you can call me Em if you'd like. I am a New York City based actor, theatre maker, and playwright. I'm "bi-coastal" if you count Lake Michigan as a coast and if you don't I guess you could say I'm bi-coastal curious? What I mean to say is: I was born and raised in Chicago and frequently do acting work there as well. I received my BFA in Acting from Emerson College where I minored in Psychology and Arts for Social Justice.
I am currently in rehearsals for a new play entitled It Can Happen Here set to premiere at Culture Lab LIC in March '25 directed by Katrin Hilbe. I have a passion for devising and physical theatre. I am starring in a one act play that I devised and wrote entitled Roominate in The Chain Theater's Winter Festival '25. The show debuted at The Philadelphia Fringe Festival in fall 2024.

My past credits include Netflix's Stranger Things: The Experience produced by Fever where I played Eleven and several other characters in the Stranger Things universe. I made my off Broadway debut in 2021 and have done several off-broadway shows since. Go check out my resume and see for yourself.

I long to be one with the land and sea but alas I am trapped in this human form. In this life I love the smell of forest air on a cold spring day, the feeling you get in the middle of your chest when someone does something kind for you, and sparkly eyeshadow. I also eat an apple every day, I don't mean to, I just love them.
Okay that's enough. You've got plenty to work with now. It seems like the only way we could get to know each other more would be... to work together. Right?
